I would like to make this donation in memory of my dear granddaughter Evie-Rose Martin, for the help and support they gave us while she was in hospital, enabling us to stay near her while she was in Intensive Care over christmas and providing us with transport to the Hospice where we were all able to say our goodbyes in their beautiful surroundings.
